I use methods that are proven to work. I also focus on keeping you safe and reducing problems. This means meeting clients where they are, reducing distress and risk, and supporting progress that is realistic and sustainable.

I am direct, compassionate, and honest. If something is interfering with your progress, I will address it clearly and respectfully. My role is not to judge or rescue. I help you feel safer, think clearly, and move forward with more confidence.
