Drug and Alcohol Evaluations in Oklahoma

Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course (ADSAC) is a State of Oklahoma process used only for driver’s license matters, such as suspension, revocation, or reinstatement related to alcohol or drugs. ADSAC is not the same as a general court evaluation, and it does not automatically apply to every legal case. The court told me “ADSAC.” Does that mean it is for my driver’s license? Not necessarily. People often use “ADSAC” as a general term. What matters is why the evaluation is being requested. If there is any doubt, we can confirm the correct type before scheduling.
